Naturally Raised Beef

We source in superior quality beef, which is raised the traditional way.   We believe great beef is a combination of factors, including breed, feed, care and aging. We carefully hand select Angus influenced cattle, as we are confident that you will taste the difference in both the marbling and tenderness of the choice cuts.  We firmly believe in going back to the basics, which means no hormones or antibiotics.  The cattle are fed only grass, grain and hay, with no feed additives.  The cattle are raised in a stress free environment until they are the perfect age for processing in a government-inspected facility. After processing, the meat is dry aged for 21 days to ensure the ultimate in flavor and tenderness.  The meat is then frozen and delivered to you promptly for your enjoyment.
