Tastes like the Chicken Grandma used to cook!

Our chickens are raised on an open floor inside a barn. They have lots of room to roam and lots of fresh air. This no stress environment encourages the optimum health of the birds. They are also protected from the wild birds which could carry diseases.

Our chickens are larger than what you would normally find in the grocery store. They average around 7lb. per bird and cook up very juicy and tender. There is not much fat on these birds so it is important not to overcook them.

Just one of our roasting chickens will feed at least 8 adults and the left overs are great for the best tasting chicken soup.

You will notice the difference in the texture and taste of our chickens.
