Chinook Salmon

Our Salmon comes from Creative Salmon in Tofino. They are North America's only major producer of indigenous Pacific Chinook (King) salmon.

Their fish are raised in the pristine waters of Clayoquot Sound on Vancouver Island. They follow sustainable, responsible farming practices, and they are the only fully certified organic salmon producer. They are a relatively small, Canadian company. Nobody else in Canada does what they do.
